General principles.

General Principles

The general principles are small requirements for our Comp Awards to make them more interactive for viewers and nominees.

General Speeches

§1 Obligation to hold a speech

All nominees are required to prepare a speech of at least 1 second to a maximum of 120 seconds. Speech topics are not provided but a thank speech to supporters and players such as organizers is very welcomed.

Speech language

§2 Respectful speeches and language.

Speeches are to be held in English exclusively and in a respectful manner without cursing or any insults towards other individuals or teams.

Attendance

§3 Invitation

Invitations are sent out with the nominees declaration. Invited guests are asked to appear for the Comp Awards, we wish for all nominees to attend.

§4 Invitation - Guests

Invited guests are permitted to bring one guest / partner that is not nominated with them backstage and on the speech.

§5 Awards document

Awards are given in form as personalized document to each winner.

Award documents do not expire and cannot be given to someone else, as they’re personalized.
