Welcome to the Dead by Daylight Competitive Academy.

The DBD Comp Academy was founded on the grounds and idea of DBDMCLeague's Comp Community Choice Awards in 2023 for the 1st Best of the Best event. The idea behind it was to award players by giving the community the power to choose who wins that category and becomes Team of the Year, Killer Team of the Year and many more categories. 

The DBD Comp Academy Comp Awards are a new addition in that, in which only selected Voting Members can vote for nominees. The Comp Community Awards are still a factor in the new Comp Awards, but rather a side event. Voting Members consist of people that apply for that position. 

The Protection Association for General Competitive Security, is based on conduct and rule enforcement security for organizations and players across the tournament organizers. The PAGCS was created and founded after many problematic moments in DBDMCLeague and negative feedback towards competitive Dead by Daylight. It is to help determine and help, what teams are “good” to have in a tournament and which ones could cause “trouble”.

The We Support Your Voice program started in march 2025 due to many critiscm and hatred towards competitive Dead by Daylight, by either ex-comp players or other non-experienced players, that see competitive Dead by Daylight as some form of hateful battle on who is better and what team is a loser. With the We Support Your Voice program we try to improve, together with other tournament organizers, the competitive Dead by Daylight environment.
