Protection Association for General Competitive Security

Secure. Encrypted. Risk-Prevention.

The Protection Association for General Competitive Security, short PAGCS, is a program by the DBD Comp Academy, which helps determine whether or not a team should be able to play specific or general events / tournaments based on their risk score. The risk-score that the PAGCS evaluates is based on 4 main factors that are implemented into it.

1. Trust- and Respect-Worthy   | 25%

2. Conduct-Worthy   | 25%

3. Regulation-Worthy   | 25%

4. Schedule-Worthy   | 25% (plus an additional +5 weight points)

The scoring is built into 4 main sections (view Scoring sheet preview), which each make 25% of a players' / teams' score. While all categories weight 25%, the category Schedule weights +5 weight points more.

As we value the organizers time very much, we decided to make the score slightly more effected by Scheduling / Attendance. Scheduling and other information is provided by partners without a request. Whenever something happens that effects the score, our partners and participants are obligated to inform us in an instant. Those "reports" will then be saved and verified & a category for it will be selected, to which it then effects the categories score.

Information 1 | Negative and positive score value & categories effect

Each score category has a negative and positive effect on scores. They can either add or remove a certain amount of percentage. You can find information about how score points can effect a score in the Deep Forum: Document PAGCS (DBD Comp Academy Conduct).

Each score is calculated in each organization report and marked with Score in words. The provided score in words is then evaluated based on weight in a score value Score in numbers and last but not least it is calculated in a minus or plus percentage.

The minus and plus percentage of all reports is then calculated together into one number and that number (score weight) is then added or removed from the overall Team Score.

-3% + 2% - 3% + 0.5% - 1,5% = -5% removed from the team score.

Information 2 | Teams' individual score

While names are not permitted to be added, according to our PAGCS Conduct for Scoring and Fairness §4 General privacy for negative individual score, evaluate a score based on individuals report without naming what was done wrong by an individual.

Those scores are sent to organizations aswell as the general team score and helps them identify "troublemakers".

The DBD Comp Academy does not provide private inforamtion or player individual information, to protect players from direct critiscm and hatred. No partner or participant will ever ask for a personal score, neither will they receive one.
